Take a big, deep breath, there has been huge changes in a short amount of time. 


How you and your child feel is okay, acknowledge those feelings. 


Separate what is in your control from what is not in your control. 


Acknowledge the grief and loss of cancelled activities, events, plans, vacations etc..


Do what you and your family needs to do to feel safe.


Set boundaries and limits that work for your family and re evaluation every few weeks. 


Stay focused on the present. 


Spend time in nature.


Focus on fun activities you can do. 


Reach out stay connected, just because we are socially distancing doesn't mean we need to emotionally distance.
